Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking: Appointments & Cancellations We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Full service pricing will still apply. Deposits A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward your service when proper notice is given. No Refunds All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 48 hours so we can make it right. Card on File A valid card on file is required to book and will be used in accordance with the cancellation policy.
